Felecia German, Founder & CEO of German Consulting and Resources LLC. (German Consulting), is Harvard University-trained in the field of coaching with more than three decades of professional experience in education and consulting. She provides executive leadership coaching, mentoring, and training to one of the largest school districts in the nation, Houston Independent School District (HISD), and beyond. German works side-by-side with executive leaders to ensure the success of non-instructional / instructional leaders, and academic achievement of all students. German is also a Practicum Advisor and Coach, providing cognitive coaching support throughout each practicum for the University of Houston.

Prior to launching German Consulting, German led HISD’s Employee Relations department as the director, overseeing functions designed to maintain high professional standards throughout the organization. Under her leadership as principal of two elementary schools, these institutions achieved Texas Education Agency recognition in the years 2003 - 2007. Prior, German was a successful teacher, instructional coordinator, magnet coordinator, and assistant principal within the district.

As an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team, she is certified to facilitate, speak, train, and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills, and personal growth. Trained and mentored by John Maxwell and mentors of his world-class faculty, she is equipped with the tools, resources, and experience to help our team improve productivity, performance, and profitability.
